CITB
We are CITB accredited, CITB are Sector skills council and industry training board for the construction industry, and they work to deliver a safe, professional and fully qualified UK construction workforce. Becoming CITB accredited means we have exceptional skills in our industry and are fully trained and have a competitive edge. We are safe in the knowledge we reach high standards as we have advice, training plus much more to help us improve our business.

CSCS
We are part of the CSCS scheme this was set up to help the construction industry improve quality and reduce accidents in and around the workplace. CSCS cards are increasingly in demand as proof that employees are competent and have received the necessary training required when scaffolding safely. All our staff have a CSCS card and have taken part in the training in order to qualify for this.

CHAS
We are Chas accredited. Chas works to improve health and safety standards across the UK. In order for us to win work with contractors we must adhere to the contactors Health and Safety standards. By being Chas accredited we are compliant with important parts of health and safety law. Chas offers guidance to issues that may occur regarding safety management and how we are able to improve our weaknesses. Working with Chas helps us reduce duplicate health and safety paperwork ensuring we are conforming with all regulations.

CHECKATRADE
We are Checkatrade approved. Checkatrade offers you a free directory of reputable tradesmen and companies who you can trust to complete work in and around your home. On Checkatrade you are able to view all company information, images of work undertaken and most importantly customer feedback, they work on a out of 10 scoring system, once a job is complete the customer can score out of 10, Price, Work, tidiness, punctuation etc. This can give you a real feeling of how they work. Checkatrade vigorously checks all tradesmen and companies before approving as company/tradesman, these high standards include verifying insurances, qualifications and professional memberships they also monitor work on an ongoing basis. At checkatrade they show strengths and weaknesses of all companies listed. You can see clearly what you are getting from each tradesman/company.

Temporary Roof Structure, Graffham

We provided a fully designed temporary roof cover to this new build development in Graffham, West Sussex for a new client building an exclusive detached home. The roof design and installation was very complicated due to the shape of the building with a number of temporary roof structures erected at different levels to cover the wings and the central area of the building. We worked closely with the client to provide a watertight cover for the timber roof structure brought in from Sweden to be installed. We also included boarded lifts to the external scaffold for building up the stones walls and adapted the structure in progression with the works to completion.
Solar Panel Scaffolding Service Horsham

Sussex scaffolding were contracted to supply and erect access scaffold to the high and low level roofs on the property in Horsham, West Sussex for the installation of solar panels. We erected three lifts of scaffold with boarded lifts positioned to suit the works and included edge protection handrails and a ladder access. SSL are solar panel scaffolding specialists providing conservatory scaffold, gantry scaffold, and access scaffold to provide a safe working platform that adheres to all the current rules and regulations.
Scaffold Tower Peacehaven

This scaffolding access platform was erected to the front elevation of this semi-detached property in Peacehaven, East Sussex for the installation of solar heating. We provided a base lift scaffold with a boarded and handrailed platform and included a ladder access point. Solar panel scaffold installations are provided for many companies throughout the south of England by Sussex Scaffolding Ltd and we have specialist teams trained for this purpose.
Access Platform Cliddesden Hampshire

This access platform was supplied and erected to the rear elevation of this detached property in Hampshire by our qualified scaffolding team to enable a solar installation company access to the high level roof. We erected two lifts of scaffold with the top lift boarded and included edge protection handrails and a ladder access.
Scaffold Gantry Chichester

This scaffolding gantry was erected over the conservatory area to enable a local solar installer access to the roof line across the back of the property for the installation. SSL erected a base lift scaffold with 450mm deep alloy beams spanning over the roof area with a support tower to hold the beams in place. We provided edge protection handrails and a ladder access point to create a safe working area.
