New Street - A small office building situated on the high street needed new windows and repainting. Access scaffolding erected to the West Sussex highways specification was provided for the works and included high visibility foam to all the uprights with debris netting.

Wyndham Road - A council run project to renew the roof coverings to a block of social flats needed scaffolding to access the works. A level platform was installed to the girth of the building at gutter level and two rope and wheels provided for hoisting up materials.

Holland Wood - A large detached property was demolished following a fire and we provided the scaffolding access for the new build to take place. The new house was constructed out of blockwork and we installed a heavy duty scaffold to the girth of the building up to roof level.

Littlecote - For a national house builder we supplied and erected safe access to build 28 new houses and flats. Scaffolding platforms were provided progressively to the girth of each unit for the external trades to complete the works and left in place whilst the roofs were installed. Scaffolding adaptions took place on the plots with tilehanging and rendering.

Beechwood Lane, Duncton - A gable end scaffold was needed for renewing the soffits and fascias to this property which were not accessible from a ladder. Two lifts of fully boarded access were provided with a hop up installed to reach the gable peak.

Petworth House, Church Street - We provided a two lift high scaffold to the stable block for roofing works with a loading bay installed for stacking materials. The scaffold had to be fully netted as this part of the House was open to the general public while the works were carried out.

The Kennels, London Road - A support scaffold was designed and installed to a collapsed chimney stack whilst the demolition and re-building took place. The lower part of the stack had holes knocked though the brickwork to enable us to install steel girders to take the load whilst the new foundations were dug out and re-poured. The brickwork was then rebuilt to re-support the load and the scaffolding support dismantled.

We recently erected some scaffolding at Petworth House, which is a National Trust property set within 700 acres and is a historic local attraction. The stables on which we erected a two lift scaffold are grade II listed and so work done had to be sympathetic and non-invasive. This particular scaffold had a loading bay fitted by us which helped to stack materials needed for roofing works. Loading bays are frequently fitted by us and are designed to have a high load bearing capacity with a swing gate to allow for loading that can also be secured to prevent materials from falling through.
