Fitzleet House, Bognor Regis

Managing Director Glen Pearce erected access scaffolding to a 14 storey residential tower block. The scaffolding was fully boarded at every level and erected at floor levels for concrete repairs and new upvc windows. The scaffolding was fully netted to contain any debris during the works and fitted with a passenger hoist for access.

Bognor Regis Town Hall

Full scaffolding was put up around the entire building up to roof level for the re-decoration of all the windows, soffits and fascias. The lifts were boarded at the required heights to complete the works and the scaffolding was covered in Monaflex sheeting to protect the works in progress. Scaffolding was also erected on the high level roofline and around the clock tower for painting works.

Woods Travel, Bognor Regis.

A scaffolding platform was built to the outside of the building for brickwork and rendering repairs. The scaffolding structure was erected in conjunction with the West Sussex Highways licence and included debris netting and hi viz foam to all the uprights. All lifts were boarded and handrailed to create a safe working area.

Bognor Regis Birdman.

Glen Pearce and Andy May were closely involved with this charity event from planning to supplying, erecting and dismantling the scaffolding launch platform. The scaffolding platform was designed to include an access ramp and launch area positioned 11m from sea level. A camera platform was included in this build for televising the event.

New build Flats, Bognor Regis

A new build development providing 48 residential flats built using timber frame panels was erected in Station Road, Bognor Regis. Scaffolding platforms were erected to floor level and lift heights to enable the timber frame panels to be built. The scaffolding was then adapted for the external brickwork to be built up to roof level.

Roofing Scaffolding, Bognor Regis

Access scaffold was built to several blocks of terraced houses for roofing works. The scaffolding was two lifts high with the top lift boarded to access the works. At the rear of the properties there was a series of conservatories and lower roofs that were spanned over using alloy beams. Ladder access towers were constructed to gain access to the high level scaffolding.

Re-decoration to Flats, Bognor Regis

A re-decoration scaffold was erected to the rear elevation of an existing block of residential flats. All lifts were boarded at the required levels for the works and a rubbish chute was erected for removing debris from the scaffolding into a skip below. A scaffolding alarm was fitted for added security and heras fencing was fitted around the scaffolding to keep the general public safe.

Butlins, Bognor Regis.

Director Glen Pearce was involved in providing the hanging access platforms for erecting the tent area during the Butlins camp refurbishment. Access platforms were hung from the steel work 50m above ground level to enable the tent to be hoisted into position. New build scaffolding was also provided at low level for constructing the shop front and offices positioned around the perimeter.

Royal Hotel, Bognor Regis.

A fully boarded and handrailed access platform was installed to the rear elevation for re-decoration works, including an electric hoist for raising materials up to the working platform. Chimney stack scaffolds were positioned on the roof using unit beams to span over lower roofs. Debris netting was installed to contain any falling debris.

Shop Front, Bognor Regis High Street.

Scaffolding was erected to a shop front located in the high street for roofing repairs. The structure was built in conjunction with the Highways licence and included boarded lifts to suit the works, monaflex sheeting and Hilti tied to the building for stability. The top lift was cantilevered out 1m each end to gain access to the returns.
