A crashdeck birdcage was installed to the arcade area in Littlehampton high street for the cleaning and restoration of the existing roof cover and support bars. SSL installed a base lift scaffold to each side of the arcade area and then spanned the middle with alloy beams and boarded over this area for protection to the general public whilst the works are in progress. This scaffolding birdcage was erected to Arun District Council highways specification with high visibility foam installed to all uprights in the pedestrian area for protection.
