Fitzalan Road

This property used access scaffolding to provide a safe working area for the external redecoration works to be carried out. We provided all lifts boarded and handrailed with gable end scaffold and included a ladder access.

Tarrant Street

A new build single storey extension was being constructed by a local building company and we were contracted to provide a base lift scaffold to the girth of the building including an internal birdcage for edge protection whilst the flat roofing works were completed.

Ford Road

Temporary roofing was required for a detached bungalow as the roof was being removed and the building lifted up to accommodate two new rooms upstairs and a new roof. Scaffold was erected to the girth of the building, temporary roofing installed and covered with plastic monaflex sheeting.

Clay Lane

A chimney stack scaffold was needed for the renewal of steel flue linings following the installation of a new wood burner. Boarded lifts were positioned at the required scaffold height and ladders installed to carry materials up to the working platform.

Crossbush Lane

A gable end scaffold was erected for changing the soffits and fascias with all lifts boarded and handrailed for the works including a rope and wheel installed for removing the rubbish and lifting the new materials up to the installation area.

River Road

A local shop owner used scaffolding to access the lower part of the shop front to change the signage. Two lifts of scaffolding were constructed with the top lift boarded only and we also provided the council licence to erect scaffolding on the highway and pavement area.

Blakehurst Lane

A small house building development company constructing four new semi detached properties contracted us to provide all the access scaffold needed to complete the project including a temporary staircase scaffold erected to access the offices stacked on top of the storage cabins.

London Road

This privately owned property needed scaffolding built up to the gutter level on the front elevation to allow the roofs on the bay windows to be renewed. Two levels of scaffold platforms were provided fully boarded and handrailed for the works.

Arundel is a lively Sussex town that boasts the Arundel Festival on the bank holiday every year in August. This fantastic event always pulls quite a crowd who flock to the many theatre shows, dramas, dance and music as well as the street entertainment and stalls. Sussex Scaffolding played a part in this event by providing access platforms, scaffold staging, scaffold screens, Heras fencing and steel hoardings for a Worthing based theatre group performing at the festival. We were proud to be involved and it also gave us a great excuse to join in the festivities!
